How we research, assess and maintain our independent hotel reviews.

Properties are reviewed as complete luxury addresses. Rooms and comfort, service, dining, wellness and leisure, design and location together account for 95% of every hotel score, with shows and entertainment making up the remaining 5%.
Casino reviews
Each resort casino receives its own score, the average of four ratings out of ten: games and rooms, table standards, floor comfort and player care. The casino score is never blended into the hotel score. It describes the quality of the casino as a venue and is not an encouragement or recommendation to gamble.
Game guides
Our guides explain rules, payouts, house edges and etiquette in neutral terms. House-edge figures are standard published values for common rule sets and are approximate. We do not publish betting systems, “winning strategies”, tips on beating the casino or promotional offers.
Independence
Placement cannot be purchased. We accept no advertising, commission or payment from reviewed properties or gambling operators, and this site contains no booking, betting or affiliate links of any kind.
Accuracy and updates
Facilities, restaurants and policies change. We work from official property information and reputable public sources, date every editorial update, and welcome corrections by email. Readers should confirm material details directly before travelling.
